The objective of this component is to improve the beneficiary communities’ access to basic services by:

(i) Financing the construction of 3 community water supply systems prioritized during CBSP and establishing mechanisms for sustainable operations, 

(ii) Financing the improvement of a community access road; 

(iii) Financing the construction of a high and low-voltage grid extension line including installations of household connections and public facilities.
