The Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tina River Hydropower Development Project (TRHDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include carrying out the mid-term socio-economic survey of the communities in the project catchment area. This will allow TRHDP to track socio economic changes within the Project’s areas of impact. This survey will ensure changes in the standard of living for local communities and landowners in the project area are measurable across the course of the Project.
