Project: Community Benefits Sharing Project – Phase 2

Contract Duration: August 2026–December 2028

The Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification (MMERE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fund Manager to lead the Fund Management Office (FMO) under the Community Benefit Sharing Project – Phase 2 (CBSP-2).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Community Benefit Sharing Fund (CBSF)
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and financial management standards
Manage community project cycles and stakeholder engagement
Lead HR, communications, and risk management strategies
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and audits

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Finance, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years in senior management or supervisory roles
Strong governance, financial, and community development experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Pidgin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
